These terms govern quotations, orders and work carried out by Kanvara Woodcraft Sdn. Bhd. (“Kanvara Woodcraft”) and your use of plumbstudio.pro. By commissioning work from us you agree to the terms below.
Quotations
Written quotations are valid for thirty days unless stated otherwise. A quotation is based on the brief, measurements and material choices agreed at the time. Significant changes to scope or specification may alter the price, and we will always confirm any change in writing before proceeding.
Orders and deposits
Work begins once you have approved the design and paid the agreed deposit. Because every piece is made to measure specifically for you, the deposit secures your slot in our workshop schedule and covers material procurement.
Bespoke and made-to-measure work
Our furniture is custom-built to your specification. Solid timber is a natural material: variations in grain, colour and small movements over time are inherent characteristics, not defects. We will guide you on what to expect for your chosen materials before we begin.
Timelines
We provide an estimated timeline for each project and work hard to meet it. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by material availability or factors beyond our reasonable control. We will keep you informed of progress throughout.
Delivery and installation
Please ensure there is clear, safe access to the installation area. It is your responsibility to confirm that finished pieces will fit through doorways, stairwells and lifts. Where we install, we leave the area clean and remove our own waste.
Payment
The balance is due on completion, before or upon installation as agreed in your order. Title to the goods passes to you only once payment has been received in full.
Warranty
We warrant our joinery and construction against structural defects in materials and workmanship for five years from installation, under normal domestic use and reasonable care. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, alterations by others, or failure to follow our care guidance.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with any project is limited to the value of that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute. Questions can be sent to [email protected].
